Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a class. A substitute student may be sent in your place. Students who do not show up for class without providing prior notice will be charged in full for the training. If you wish to cancel or reschedule, you must provide a minimum of two (2) weeks notice. If you cancel or reschedule less than two (2) weeks in advance of the start date for the class in question, you will be charged in full for the training. However, you can retake the class with Layer8 free of charge for up to 6 months after the scheduled date of your class. Layer8 will provide a minimum of one (1) weeks notice if a class is cancelled or rescheduled due to low enrollment.
Please don’t book travel for a class until you have confirmed with Layer8 that the class is “Guaranteed To Run” on the scheduled date. Layer8 is not responsible for travel and expenses incurred by the student in the event a class is cancelled or rescheduled.
